Smoke and Mirrors UK celebrates its first birthday this month !
And as such I have reviewed our work, and our strengths and weaknesses and will be making some changes to the way SnM operates to ensure we as a company provide the best we can.
One issue we have had is time allocations. I have a full time job, and as such cannot always allocate all my time to Smoke and Mirrors UK. This has previously led to unacceptable delays in customers receiving their products, due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control. However any delay is not fair on the customer who is eagerly waiting their goodies.
So
As from September 2011, I will be producing boxes in batches and only selling items held IN STOCK.
This will ensure that items you purchase will be delivered promptly, and as I will only be producing one batch of boxes at a time, that each set of boxes made will be of the best they can be.
I will be starting with the most popular items, The Benedict Box and these will be available in September. These have been updated and made stronger on the top frame, as well as internal items.
Following that I will then begin on the Witchfinder kits and Ballot Boxes, which have also been changed to accommodate requests and feedback from customers.
We will also have a section for one off’s and unusual items. So please subscribe to be kept up to date with new items.
If anyone wishes to order a custom item, there will be space between each batch to allow for ONE custom item to be made. If you wish to book a slot, please let me know as soon as possible.
Smoke and Mirrors UK is now closed for the summer to allow this new process to begin and for current orders to be completed and despatched.
This does NOT affect any items ordered direct from the ZauberKabinett shop as their items are held in stock.
